Kelly’s desire for Schwartz Consulting Group, Inc. is to offer an exclusive approach with each dental office that maintains accessibility, availability, and creates an individual, personal relationship with each doctor and staff member. This is achieved by developing a customized training program for each dental office in which they increase profitability, reduce stress, and improve systems by establishing a strong sense of teamwork through goal setting, and accountability. Kelly works tirelessly for not only his business but for his family as well. He and his wife Anna are the proud parents of Kiley and Logan who have both adopted their strong work ethic and commitment to family. He also is the grandfather to Anna Leigh and Andrew James (AJ) who keep him on his toes and laughing. Kelly enjoys spending his free time with his loved ones.

Anna Schwartz is a co-founder and owner of Schwartz Consulting Group. She has been an incredible resource and vital for growing Schwartz Consulting Group into what it is today. With an extensive background in dental assisting, front office coordination, and practice management, Anna brings the skills needed to effectively empower and educate dental practices. She is a practice builder, team motivator, and business coach who takes pride in her work. With a focus on all team systems, Anna leaves practices and staff empowered and confident resulting in unmatched patient care. Whether it is team, business, financial or operation management her goals are always to reduce stress, risks, and inefficiencies while increasing rewards.
Along with her husband, Anna has had the honor of not only growing a successful business but also raising two wonderful childern. Her son Logan, who is a vital part of the Schwartz Consulting team and her daughter Kylie, who is a successful business owner herself and is raising Anna and Kelly’s two beautiful grandchildren. To add to Anna’s already impressive resume, Anna has earned her third degree blackbelt in karate and also has devoted time over the last nine years as a volunteer member of the security team for Elevation Church. Her care and dedication expand throughout both her business and her home.
Logan is a graduate of Penn State University where he received a B.S. in Finance with an emphasis in Investment Risk Analysis and Financial Planning. He currently works as a financial planner with NaviPath Financial Services. Logan has several years of experience working with Schwartz Consulting Group as a customer success manager and has previously assisted in marketing campaigns and client relations.
Now, his primary focus with Schwartz Consulting Group is to help our clients achieve financial security by offering creative and insightful financial solutions. He presents significant savings that translate into the next step of financial freedom. His experience and knowledge are invaluable to Schwartz Consulting Group and our clients alike.
When Logan is not assisting clients, he can be found on a golf course, at the gym, or exploring the city for new places to eat.
